Another Neo-Japan marquee battle in the 4th annual Neo-Japan Soul Fest. This marquee mini-series features the Arland Academy Student Council, which consist of Kana, Saki, Satomi, Reiko and Aiko. This match features Reiko Ayukawa, the Student Council's Secretary, and Aiko Isomura, the Student Council's Treasurer. How will the tide of battle turn out?
