The 23rd battle in the 7th Soul Fest between the Blazing Dragons and the Scorching Strikers. Testsu fought a warrior named Kai Tsuyoshi last time, this time, he is facing his older brother, Kenji Tsuyoshi for the 2nd time in over a month.
