The 38th battle in the 9th Soul Fest between the Blazing Dragons and the Neo Japan Girls. Another marquee battle. Asuka Koyuki and Saki Sumeragi duke it out again for the 2nd time. Last time they fought each other, the Arland Academy Student Council Vice President showed no mercy on Asuka and had easily defeated her without breaking a sweat. Can Asuka bounce back from that loss or will Saki prevail again?
