She was once a Mad Gear Gang thug (from Capcom's Final Fight series of games), just like how Nadia was, although she was more brutal than Nadia was back in their criminal days. But when the criminal crew disbanded, Jessica managed to escape the police, and like Nadia, she had nowhere to go. However, unlike Nadia, she would be brought in by Heather's devilish lifelong arch-nemesis, Dominique Weagel, as she has noticed her ruthless criminal activities, as well as her ruthless attitude towards the innocent, so she enrolled her to be her army captain and hasn't been heard afterwards, since she went in outerspace to join up with the evil royal leaders.
